What we collect

• Offsiders: name, mobile, home postcode, travel distance, rates, ABN if you give it, the days you switch ON, jobs you accept and cancel.
• Companies: company name, contact name, mobile, email and ABN if you give them, and the jobs you post.
• Turn-up answers from companies.

Why

To match jobs with offsiders nearby, send texts about jobs, and show a turn-up record. We don't sell your details or use them for ads.

Who sees what

• Before a job is accepted, offsiders see the company name, suburb, postcode and job details. Companies don't see who got the text.
• When an offsider accepts, both sides get each other's name and mobile. The company also sees the offsider's rate and turn-up record.
• Your home postcode is used to work out distance. It is not shown to companies.

Where it's kept

Your details are stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Texts are sent through ClickSend. Both only use your details to run the service for us.

Your choices

You can change your details on your page. To see what we hold, fix it, or close your account and delete your details, email hello@givus.com.au.
